SpeaksFluent, operated by Johnny Efrain Ortega, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout — Paddle will email you a secure link to your order history.
- Locate the order and request a refund.
You can also email our support team through the in-app contact channel and we will help you with the process.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you want a refund of a recent renewal, request it via Paddle within 30 days as described above.
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
